Responsibilities
· General accounting
· Licensing
· Permits
· Takes meeting minutes at Board of Aldermen meetings
· Prepares agendas
· Prepares ordinates
· Monthly financial reports
· Maintain all pertinent records and belongings pertaining
to City Hall
· Administer all official oaths
Release of Information
Official requests are processed through the City Clerk; if copies are requested then costs include research and reprographic time, plus 10 cents per page.
City Hall Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
With the exception of Holidays
